Safety 1st Small Object Choking Tester

Works exactly as intended.

this product works for what I purchased it for. It is a training tool for early childhood educators to compare what should and should not be given to children of young ages.

My husband was very concerned about choking hazard-sized toys, so we bought this to test toys as they come into our house. I had heard that the toilet paper tube test was not accurate because it is a bigger diameter than an actual tester. We own toys marketed for ages 1-3 which fit through a toilet paper tube but which do not fit through this tester, so Im glad we got this to test accurately.

Easy to use. Must have accessory for toddlers. Instantly settles the argument between my wife and I for Is this choking size.

Since I don’t know whether the numerous sellers here on Amazon even do product safety testing, but the selection and pricing is good, I find this tool very useful. I already eliminated and returned several toys based on them failing this test and feel much more confident choosing the toys for my baby.

Leaving a review since my wife mentioned how much she loves this. The reassurance to her that certain toys *are* okay makes her feel a lot better. ...but now Im buying lead-testing stuff for some of the other toys.

My grandson that is 11 has three new little brothers in the past year. Since he had none for so long, he has gotten used to using his legos, electronic, building sets anywhere....I showed him this and he spend a half hour stuffing things in it - learning, oh my gosh, my brothers can choke on anything! Practical and useful demo. Thank you

I sent this to my daughter who was struggling with keeping her older childs small items away from her baby who suddenly wants everything in his mouth. She is so happy to not be guessing anymore!
