I hardly use these things but know their value when it comes to sweating more and not getting enough good fluid into your body. But it’s there when I need it. Can’t recall who got one of the bottles out of the two I bought.

They are chewables that provide potassium, magnesium and salt. Jogging in 95-100 degree heat and playing golf in high temperatures with high humidity make me lose energy fast. These replace electrolytes one loses quickly in the hot summers. They work. I can not do without them.

These tabs keep me from cramping, super reliable. couldve been a 5star but I didnt receive the race ready tube it said comes with the 2 pack

Love these for hot, humid runs. I eat one every three miles with a little water, and they prevent my muscles from cramping. Taste kind of like Smarties.

These are great to have on hand in case of emergency as well as for workout recovery. I live in a very hot climate and have labs that LOVE to play outside all summer. I keep these on hand in case one gets overheated and needs help recovering. Actually helped save my older lab (15 years old) with dementia when she got out and got stuck in the garage without us knowing. My husband and I always have these on hand When working outside for extended periods of time or when doing a race. Recommend highly!

After long runs I often get leg cramps that keep me awake. So I keep these by my bedside. Within a few minutes the cramps subside and I can get some sleep.

Great. Vile is a little tricky as the chews BARELY fit.
