The chews work pretty well, but the tube is worthless. It only holds about 6 chews, not 15.

Great. Vile is a little tricky as the chews BARELY fit.

My kids favor the orange flavor. The lemon is too tart for them. It’s not their favorite but they seem to not complain too much taking them. Seems to work well for both my kids who play sports in heat many times a week. Much better alternative to color and full of sugar “sports” drinks or more natural electrolyte powders wit Her stevia my kids refuse to drink.

I like taste. I used these for 48 hour eunning event and they helped a lot. I do not like that little box to carry them is still too big for my taste. I wanted something to carry couple of pills with me not 20-30

Doctor prescribed increased electrolytes due to light-headedness during strenuous exercise. Related to low blood pressure. If you suffer from that, these will help a LOT. You’ll have more stamina and recover MUCH faster. Easier to plan/ use than drink mixes. After protein drink, amino acid drink, creatine, pre-workout drink... ANOTHER drink? Chewables are just easier. Plus you can take them with you. Can actually consume while exercising without stopping. IMO orange tastes better than lime. Capsule container is a little large but still convenient. Actually took it on board shorts pocket while surfing. Highly recommend.

I like the lemon/lime a lot better than the orange. These are great after a hard workout.

I suffer from cramps frequently & these are the only thing that seem to reduce or eliminate the issue. Chewing on the run, have a drink handy as they’re a little chalky. Only criticism is the ridiculous size box they were shipped in. No exaggeration you could have shipped 6 pairs of shoes in this box. Come on Amazon.....remember the environment

Taste good and works well

Love these for hot, humid runs. I eat one every three miles with a little water, and they prevent my muscles from cramping. Taste kind of like Smarties.
