Startup after installing took a bit longer than usual, but once I plugged it in and it started up, I went to system and verified my laptop went from 8G to 24G.

Dropped right into a Dell Inspiron 17 5770. Though it would be an exact match, but first set of numbers differs a little. However system recognized newly installed memory right away and no issues. Doubled my RAM for $75...not a bad deal.

I have a 2017 Dell Inspiron 7567 gaming laptop that I am very attached to and did not want to replace, due to e-waste concerns and it still being quite functional, but it was getting very sluggish and had more errors with age. It originally came with 8GB of memory and I was frequently receiving insufficient memory error messages when trying to run World of Warcraft, or it would get very slow when opening multiple tabs of Google Chrome, due to the bigger memory requirements of updated programs in 2022. Sometimes my computer would crash due to memory-related issues and have the blue screen of death.
