Worst Samsung product Ive every purchased. The screen went haywire during the first month of use. I sent it to Samsung for repair. They said that it was a software issue. Same issue occurred again another two times with me sending it back to Samsung. They keep saying its a software issue, which obviously its not. I requested a replacement tablet and they denied it. Dont purchase this product! Buy an Apple product instead. No more Samsung for me.

The tablet doesnt connect at Samuels Grove. The Samsung tablet is worthless to me. My Amazon tablet connected and stayed on.

I have only had this tablet 2 months, if that, and the touch screen on it is messing up! I will be playing a game & when pressing on the glass using either my finger or the screen pen that came with it, the game stops working. I have to literally BEAT on the screen to get it to do something & the longer I use this device, the worse it seems to be getting. It started out hit & miss & now its a constant thing. VERY UNHAPPY!!! Oh & the battery life does not last long.

This TAB A turns-off when a specific spot on the screen is touched, either by finger or soft-tip touch-screen pen. It is near the volume buttons. Upon suggestion of seller, I Reset the deivice to factory settings, still the same. Seller responded to the first 3-4 messages, then stopped responding. I will be returning this TAB. The freebies cannot overcome the problem of basic functionality defect. IMO it is a major design flaw.

It is a GREAT tablet for the price.

the pen dont work well with it

Us for communications and YouTube etc. Just loose screen a lot and slow processing.

I bought this tablet as a gift and have heard nothing but positive feedback on its performance. It was a replacement for a smaller Samsung that had reached the end of its life. This one has long battery life, great screen resolution and good external speakers that eliminated the need for ear buds for most watching sessions. Just based on the feedback Ive received from giving it as a gift, I would buy another one. It seems to be a solid component in all aspects!

Quit working after several hours use. Defective so why was I charged restocking fee?
