Bought this in April to use at work for square. It is now July and I cant get it to turn on anymore. Tried charging it and also reseting it. Wont work. Contacted the seller and never heard anything back. DO NOT BUY!!!

I was very excited to receive my Samsung Galaxy Tap A7. The graphics quality, speed, sound everything was great for about 2 weeks, now I have a $300 paper weight. The touch screen does not work, Ive tried rebooting, shutting down from the reboot screen and nothing is working. I dont live in an area where I can take the tablet in for technical support so Im stuck. The battery quality is great because I have been waiting since Sunday afternoon for the battery to reach 0% and it finally hit 0% on this beautiful Tuesday Morning. The touch screen is still not responding after letting the battery drain and recharging.

Plays all Xbox game pass games with bluetooth controller. Nuff said.

Kept turning itself off despite screen time should I have five minutes. Kept rebooting self.

I purchased this tablet to replace my old and failing Dell Android tablet. In my opinion, it meets all my needs and I like the tablet protective case. No regrets concerning this purchase.

Awesome, brilliant picture, user friendly. 100% satisfied, only wished it came with glass protector shield applied to screen, bought as an add on but could never get all bubbles out
