I was happy with it until 1 year and 3 months the screen starts coming loose seller says its personal damage and its not covered and Amazon cant do anything about it it is the last one I will buy paid 299.00 and it never left my bedroom so how hell is that personal damage

If you are looking for a unit for drawing this is not for you. But it is great for streaming and listening to Music, watching movies, gaming on the play store can be used as a smart device with google and Alexa apps. Also has the ability to store Data up to 1 TB which you can’t do on an IPad.

Worst Samsung product Ive every purchased. The screen went haywire during the first month of use. I sent it to Samsung for repair. They said that it was a software issue. Same issue occurred again another two times with me sending it back to Samsung. They keep saying its a software issue, which obviously its not. I requested a replacement tablet and they denied it. Dont purchase this product! Buy an Apple product instead. No more Samsung for me.

Good quality, perfect condition, no scratches, no complaints. The keyboard I had to buy separate, but that was no problem.
