The unit does not start up, there is no place for a repair in Houston, so I had to cross town on a bad COVID-19 day to return the unit via Kohl. What a useless mess! I bought an ASUS monitor in a shop, and it wroked from the first click.

Nowhere does it say “no speakers.” Really upset I wasted my time on a nearly $200 monitor with NO SOUND!!!!

This monitor is great for the price. High quality for gamers, movies, and those who want a nice monitor.

Im sorry i expected better from Samsung the monitor it self looks nice but the picture brightness is just horrible i will return but the physical monitor looks good it just wasnt for me

Can never go wrong with a Samsung monitor. Probably the 20th Samsung monitor I have personally purchased for my self and others. Clarity, tone, and brightness are superb. I am a purchaser in my present and previous job as an engineer. I have bought thousands of Samsung monitors and will continue to do so.

I paid $150 for this monitor and I would say it is worth it. Very good picture quality and modern look to it. I will purchase a second when it goes on sale again as it has in the past.

I bought this for use in the home office. Works as advertised, no problems. I would like to have it tilt more, but... oh, well.

it’s a good basic monitor, but there are no speakers built in. There is also no “audio out” jack to pull the audio off the HDMI signal. The sound will have to come from your laptop. But, for the price charged, it is a reasonable quality monitor. Good picture, etc. Note that when working with a Mac, I find that it often doesn’t wake up from sleep mode on it’s own. You’ll need to tap the power button to wake it up. Minor, but it could be addressed to improve the product.

I have always had trust in Samsung products. This monitor has excellent color and clarity. I would have given it 5 stars except that all of the controls have been morphed into one button which was then placed on the back of the monitor. What numbskull thought that was a good idea? I dont buy electronic equipment in order to improve my manual dexterity. I basically just leave it on all the time even turning it on and off is a challenge. If you like a product that is a daily challenge to use this one is for you. If you have better things to with your time, skip this one.
