Write speed drops to 160MB/s constantly. The attached image shows drive slows down once the data stream exceeds 4GB. Also, it needs much cooling. Overheats very fast. I was trying to copy my videos, which are over 4TB, and the drive overheated to 66C on the first set of files totaling over 32GB file even though there were fans to cool it down.

DOA. Checked with two diagnostic programs once I got the drive to even be recognized. Failing....failed.

Purchased to upgrade PS4 speed. It’s fast and of great quality. Very happy with this purchase.

An excellent replacement for the laptop.

Ive had a 1 TB Samsung EVO for years that has always performed well. This drive continues that tradition at about a quarter of the price. I look forward to many years of use with this drive. Not much more to say. It does what its supposed to.

Its super fast and easy to install. I bought this to upgrade from a 1 tb Sandisk. Cloning software worked perfectly. Exact copy of original disk to new Samsung. It takes an hour or so to clone.

I wanted to build a quiet NAS for my home network with a Raspberry Pi. These SSDs fit the bill nicely, since I couldnt find any cheap hard drives in as large a capacity, and I dont have the budget for 100TB enterprise SSDs.
