> 3 dayit was very easy to install into my asus strix z390-e motherboard slot. the motherboard defaults to booting with these kind of drives so was nice to not have to go into the settings and set on compatibility mode (took me like 10 minutes to figure this out when trying to load up my old hard drives. i installed a fresh windows 10 home edition via usb to this and it only took 10 minutes to go from beginning to naming my computer.

> 3 dayBig fan of Samsung ssds. For whatever reason Ive had many compatability issues with this drive on multiple setups. Its works, but may require some troubleshooting in my experience.

> 3 dayI recently upgraded my Lenovo P15 with a Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe SSD and I must say, the experience has been life-changing. Before I made this purchase, my life was in shambles and I was on the verge of losing my job. But all that changed when I discovered this SSD.

> 3 dayProduct reviewed is the 970 EVO 2TB. Really easy to install. I bought the first one to upgrade my Windows 11 computer; I noticed a substantial increase in performance from my previous storage devices and have since moved all of my games to my 970 EVO 2TB. The second time I purchased the 2TB I actually bought a 500GB as well (also Samsung) when I was building my wife a new computer that runs Linux POP_OS, both storage devices are running awesomely and were easy to mount. I just barely bought the third one for my daughter and taught her how to install it in her PC. If I need another one, Im confident in buying this same product.

> 3 dayWe are in the process of transitioning away from Windows 7 and onto Linux. We still have a need to run Windows programs until such time as we make a complete transition into Linux. Our answer was to have Virtual Machines which run XP, Windows 7 & Windows 8.1 Pro which inherently are a little slower as its all done in software. This SSD runs extremely fast and makes up for the lag of the Virtual Machines. 250 GB NVMe SSDs like this allow us to run 2 to 3 Virtual Machines much faster than if they were located on local SATA SSD/HDD.
