> 3 dayLiving in South Africa the price was the best part of it all! I chose the product because of internet reviews and as said the price for such an excellent product. Thanks!!

> 3 dayWorked great for a couple year old high end desktop I had built. But in my nearly new ASUS laptop the SATA M.2 drive it came with was actually faster.

> 3 dayI spent 3-6 months researching a drive I could use by hooking up via USB to boot Windows/Kali/Hirens plus have a storage partition. This drive and the adapter I chose has gone above and beyond.

> 3 dayI used to avoid SSDs for security camera recording drives because the SSDs would wear out within a couple years with the constant writes. Now with the improved reliability of this 970 EVO Plus, Im going all-SSD for my recording drives. This is supposed to last for 1,200 TBW (Terabyte Writes) which means that if my cameras write 1TB of streaming video per month, I can record for 100 years before the drive wears out (or 10 years if I write 10TB per month).

> 3 dayWhen this NVMe went down in price on sale for around $130 I couldnt resist grabbing it. Its the fastest PCIe Gen 3 NVMe available and consistently puts up speeds of 3500mbps read and 3300mbps write. I couldnt be happier, I immediately cloned my WD SN750 drive to this and have been using this as my primary drive even though the WD SN750 is in the main slot because of how it looks with its built in EKWB heatsink. I strongly recommend this to anyone whos running an Intel 10th gen system, its the fastest you can actually use, and to anyone trying to save a few bucks on Ryzen from getting Gen 4.

> 3 dayThis drive has impressive speeds, but I could not reliably get it to stay mounted on an M1 Mac running Monterey in an external USB enclosure. Subsequent research turned up multiple reports of this happening, even with the latest Samsung firmware installed.
