> 24 hourLove this for my PS5. Installation was a breeze and within about five minutes I was up and running with 2TB more storage in my PS5. Cant remember the exact figure my machine gave me when it tested the drive after formatting, but it was over 6000 MB/s, just cant remember anything after the 6 :) Wish Id snapped a pic of the speed.

> 24 hourThis product is perfect for the ps5 but the only question I ask is why is the version without the heat sink is so expensive. Heat sink version is 179, when the version without is almost 400. Heat sink is adding more material not less???

> 24 hourFYI if Running Intel 10th Gen Processors this will not run at its full speed potential. You need an 11th gen Intel chip or newer to take full advantage of PCI-4.0 NvME slot (which this chip is really designed for) Also recommend downloading the Samsung Magician app to install and optimize this drive.

> 24 hourI had one of these in my gaming laptop and it was great. For my more stout gaming rig I went with the rocket q4 because they had slightly better read/write speeds.. and well.. regretted my purchase within 6 or so months. The benchmark speeds from day 1 were awful and no amount of tweaking with their software could fix it. The biggest issue is for whatever reason the MBR kept getting corrupt (sabrent kept saying it was a software problem and not a hardware problem and refused to warranty it) and locked the computer up. That meant every couple weeks or so I needed to reformat the drive, reinstall windows completely from a boot drive (because windows couldnt fix the problem on its own). Which meant i lost all my data as well (mostly games that I had to re-download, and partly because i was lazy and didnt connect my sata backup up, but still frustrating either way). I decided to go with this drive again for the rig and it was night and day different. Benchmarks were way better, faster boot, and havent had to reinstall windows again! Knew I should have went with this to begin with.

> 24 hourJust installing it in a new Win 10 Dell Optiplex 3070 SFF tonight, so will revisit as I get time on the drive. BUT, this SSD needs a M.2 Standoff and Screw to install in my machine. I dont know if that is universal but I expect so because otherwise the SSD sits right on top of the motherboard on the screw side (on an angle). There was a screw in my MB but it wasnt obvious until I went to install it that it has to have a standoff and associated screw. I dont mind that it needs the standoff but, geez, at least include one or call it out in the specs. Im lucky enough to have a lifetime of hardware bits so could cobble one up. If youre ordering this drive, search for M.2 Standoff and Screw and get a kit of them for $5-6.

> 24 hourI bought this to expand the storage capacity on my PlayStation 5. As expected, it was an easy install and was up in running in no time. Hardest part was getting the side plate off. I have been using this for about a month now and have had zero issues. Very happy to have this so I do not have to keep deleting games to make space on the console storage.
