Purchased this tablet on Nov 2018 and the battery died on July 2019, very disappointed

Purchased this tablet back in May 2020. I didnt really pay attention when opening the box that there was a European power adapter in the box. The Tablet failed , totally in November. After contacting Samsung about warranty and it was sent to them , they informed me that this was an Italian unit and there was no warranty. My email to the seller has just gone blank, no response. Seems Im out $329.00. I have 3 other Samsung Tablets and they work great. Be careful, this unit was sold as a SM-T590NZAAXAR in reality its a SM-T590NZKAXAR (Italy) No Warranty in the United States.

I have owned other tablets and this one by far is the best.

I wanted to love this tablet, but the simple fact is that it is unforgivably slow. There’s no reason for a modern tablet at this price point to be so unresponsive.
