bought 10 months ago and no longer charges or turns on, warranty was only good for 6 months; this is very sad for the price I paid

Let me start off by saying the performance of the tablet is great. The issue with the tablet is the little hidden stuff that makes it almost impossible to use it for multitasking. For example I want to have a type C hub plugged into the tablet so I can have a dongle and a couple other things I use for work plugged in. It is impossible to find a dongle that allows you to charge and use the dongle at the same time. I purchased 3 in one day from best buy none of them worked correctly. After doing some research it seems like on some newer Samsung products they have some proprietary protocol called PPS (Programmable Power Supply). Its impossible to find a hub that has that listed in the description. In addition to that proprietary protocol none of my fast charging bricks fast charge the tablet only charge it at a regular speed.

Wife tells me the tablet is great for her--which is why the high rating--me, Im not so easily impressed....

Been using this for about 3 months. So far so good, no complaints. Ill update this review if and when problems start arising.

Bought this through Treasure Chest at a good price to replace a SM-T580. Hate I cant move apps to external storage. Hate that Im still running Android 10. But overall it is a decent device. Takes a little while to get use to but its a keeper.

The screen would black out and not work. I thought it was dead but when I charged it I felt the little vibration and also heard notifications come in on it. Frustrated I banged it and the screen lit up again. Though it continued to be a problem and eventually the screen never came back on. Didnt buy through Amazon got it through my wireless carrier.

Love it. Perfect for my needs. Would buy again for sure!!

This review is basically for Amazon, since I was unable to leave feedback for this item. Im a long time tablet user. Item received was unopened and in excellent condition. After opening the box I installed a screen protector and turned it on. Realizing that the battery was half charged, I plugged in the charger. It charged quickly to 100%. I proceeded with the setup and checked the specs. A little disappointed when I saw that it only had 3gb of ram vs the website description of 4gb. I havent had the tablet long enough to rate the battery life.
