Got it as a Christmas present for a family member. They love it, very fast and screen is excellent.

My last tablet was purchased in 2012, so I may be a bit over-excited about this one; but I love it. Im using Xfinity free wifi, and its so much speedier than with my old tablet! I can actually watch streaming content. Lots of storage for me; clear, crisp screen; great display adjustments; and you can actually delete most on-board apps that youll never use. Bonus, most are useful, so I didnt get rid of that many of them. It charges a bit slowly, but the battery lasts a long time. Though note, I dont play games that involve a lot of action and flashy graphics. However, it handles high-action movies fine without appreciable additional draw on the battery greater than during my normal use. Easy-to-use Help files, and when you need them, the directions are clear and make sense.

Ive had this tablet for about a month now and so far so good. I just use it for general recreation, surfing, shopping, emails, watchin movies and it performs really well. Battery life is not an issue for what I do. Purchased a sd card so I dont have to use up the storage on the tablet... Very satisfied...

This product freezes often and must be restarted..might be better with more memory on board or maybe with a memory card I havent tried yet with a memory card

The first one didnt work. The replacement is great. Lots of great features and apps. What I didnt like is the manual doesnt match up with the product. The manual is for a Galaxy phone NOT a tablet. You have to try things to find solutions. The Google Messenger doesnt work for this tablet--had to FB Messenger. Other than that, I was able to get help from a tech on Samsungs FB page. He was patient and finally got me the answers I needed. Still think this was a great buy.
