I would never recommend this product. It totally died and theres no way of reviving it and theres no one that can fix fix it. Im basically screwed out of this money. I dont suggest for you to buy this product because it will just dit will just die and it wont charge

Got it as a Christmas present for a family member. They love it, very fast and screen is excellent.

I got this tablet to replace an older Fire tablet I had expecting it would be upgrade. I only use it for simple things like streaming movies or reading a book, but it has proven to be unable to handle even those tasks. Ive tried on several occasions to watch something through Netflix and it continuously stops to buffer throughout and is pixelated when it does play. Ive even tried downloading the movie in hopes that the quality would be better but it takes 30min-1hr just to download an episode of a show. I switched back to my old Fire tablet one night when I was frustrated with the streaming and it worked perfectly so I dont believe the issue to be with my internet speed. Its a beautiful tablet and I typically love Samsung products, but I wouldnt recommend wasting your money on this.

Used couple of times because I was traveling during 2021 and didnt have much time to test it. Aftee one year doesnt work anymore. I guess it is a battery problem, doesnt charge and as soon as I switched on it turns off. I am wondering if it is possible to get refund or
