I purchased this tablet in July 2020, put it in secure case and in March 2023 I place it in a standing position safely on a table and was watching YouTube videos, after 3 mins the screen dropped out leaving it hanging by a ribbon cable which quickly ripped out from the tablet frame and the screen fell to the ground shattering the screen with rest of the tablet still standing on the table.

I am very well pleased with this tablet. I like it so much I will stick with the Samsung Galaxy brand of tablets. It is very high tech. It was shipped from Amazon, and it arrived in tact, no scratches or dents - good shipping. The tablet works exceptionally well - very modern, very up-to-date. No complaints. Reasonable price for such a nice tablet. I highly recommend it.

I love this iPad. It’s got a huge screen. I enjoy watching Netflix on it. If I want to read anything from kindle I don’t have to strain my eyes. It takes nice pictures. I like that the charger is a simple usb to c. So if I lose it I can replace it for under ten dollars at Amazon or Walmart or gas station

I have had this tablet for a week and am still working on feeling comfortable with it. It replaced my Samsung Galaxy Tab E. I like the buttons better on the Tab E or maybe it is just getting used to a few changes.
