Cannot see icons when reading a book in tablet so cannot go anywhere. No instructions. Cannot go back to see other things when in a book. Cannot go to home screen.

Daughter had a tablet that was maybe $30 cheaper and absolutely hated that one. This is nice!!! Samsung is a trusted brand and for the money you can not beat it!! Perfect for an 8 year old… heck if it was mine I’d be happy!

I purchased two of these tablets a year ago and both failed to turn on literally one week after they were out of warranty. It seems as if it was almost designed to happen. Do to the crunch of needing these tablets for my day to day dealings I purchased a new one while I figured out what to do next with the two that failed. This newest one I purchased failed to turn on in UNDER A MONTH of receiving it!

A great tablet for the price. Faster and nicer than the 7 tablet it replaced. The one big negative is the back is slick and can be difficult to hold. This (and all tablets) need a back with a good grippable surface.

I like the tablet but I bought 3 of them and 2 of them already won’t charge. The plug doesn’t seem to line up on the tablet. You have to really play with it to get it to charge. That’s if u can get it to charge. I’m looking for a wireless charger for these tablets but haven’t found any compatible.

Got this for my daughter so she can watch her videos and play her games on this instead of my phone. After having it for 2 years, it started to lag a little bit. But to be expected. It was outta date. She still uses this tablet everyday. And the battery life is impeccable.

For the price this tablet is definitely worth it, this is more a entry level product in the tablet realm. Coming straight out of the box brand new I notice little lag and frames when swiping across the screen or typing when getting it set up but if you don’t mind having mediocre frame rates everything else the tablet has to offer including usb C charging and a aluminum frame is great for the price.

Bought for games and internet surfing. Works well
