Excellent tablet.

For the price, this tablet is great - lightweight, decent build quality, and software just updated to Android 12 and Samsungs OneUI 4.1 (current most recent versions, same as available on my Galaxy S22 Ultra phone). Performance-wise its just barely good enough. Meaning: Netflix, Prime Video, Disney streaming etc. work fine, but some web sites can be a little jerky when scrolling. COMMENT: the Mediatek chip used claims to have 8 cores, but the janky performance sure seems that all cores arent used fully when scrolling web sites...get with it MTK!

Just bought this tablet 2 months ago and it doesnt work anymore just turned off out of nowhere after an update not worth the price

I have several small cheap tablets and bought this for my mother (who is convalescing and needed one for our video calls). This is an AMAZING little tablet for the price. I just put another one in my cart for ME. I removed a TON of bloatware and apps that were not needed, and this thing runs great and fast for video chat and her spotify playlists.

My grandson got this for his birthday and loves everything about it except for the camera which he says could be better He mainly plays games and surfs the internet so don’t think that’s important to him. Otherwise he said it is awesome

Update: Tried to register the tablets warranty at samsung.com. That failed with Samsung stating that the IMEI #, model code, and serial number were all invalid, so no US warranty after all! Nice to know this wasnt Verizons fault either. However, as a last ditch effort, we took the tablet to a local Verizon store. As others have written, they tested the tablet with an activated SIM to confirm that the tablet was compatible, and then activated a new SIM out-of-band and then installed that in the tablet.

I bought this tablet from Samsung store online as I was trading another Samsung tab. What a disappointment for a new tablet. The responsiveness of the tablet is frustratingly slow. Dont be in a rush to open an app or load a web page even with good internet connection. The quality of the screen is also poor and the resolution lousy. I bought this tablet mostly for reading as it is a 8 tab and all the texts are blurry. The price is now inexpensive, however it wasnt the case when it came out last year.

Total waste of my money. The worst quality tablet ever. My toddler even thinks its junk and would rather look at my small screen phone. Dont waste your money. Its awful.
