I like the fact that is not too big

The tablet is dead. Was sufficiently charged, but wont turn on no matter what recommended steps I take. I guess I need to contact Samsung under the 12 month warranty.

I was very unhappy with tablet. Tablet unresponsive, page froze and kicked me off website. I ve had several Samsung tablets from inexpensive to higher priced and never experienced anything like this poor performance. Luckily, Amazon gave me a credit.

Worked great until it would not take a charge.

Update: Tried to register the tablets warranty at samsung.com. That failed with Samsung stating that the IMEI #, model code, and serial number were all invalid, so no US warranty after all! Nice to know this wasnt Verizons fault either. However, as a last ditch effort, we took the tablet to a local Verizon store. As others have written, they tested the tablet with an activated SIM to confirm that the tablet was compatible, and then activated a new SIM out-of-band and then installed that in the tablet.

The picture quality could be better, but it is great for the money! No true complaints. No lagging, no glitches this far. We got the Wi-Fi only one and it’s wonderful! Definitely recommend!!

Did not like the size. It is a nice screen.

As my mother opened it, we realized right away it had no screen film protector, yet had fingerprints on the edges and scratches on the screen. Returning!
