i bought one of these and could never see the advertised speeds so i decided to try the samsung card reader and get extra storage at the same time

For its size, it seems to be really great. I filled this USB chip up with videos a couple months ago and have been repeat-testing it ever since....no certifiable errors ever showed up throughout that testing -- if there were some, I didnt see them, so Ill have to give this little guy an A+ for dependablity....and once I even had it accidently a little close to a magnetic tray, but not any errors resulted from that.

First one I bought was defective. Replacement card worked great. Price was reasonable compared to others at the time.

Ive not had any issues with Samsung SD mini cards for years now. And I cant say I expect any here. It is a fast reliable card, works well with my cameras, useful right out of the card with my computer, and plays nice with both my Fire tablets, smartphone, and laptop.

Seems to be working well, installed as a backup on one of my security cameras.. so far so good..

Samsung has the best memory cards and hard drives

Ahora en cuanto a velocidad cumple lo que promete es muy rápida y los materiales son de muy buena calidad. La recomiendo para cualquier uso.

Passou no teste do H2testw e do Samsung Memory Card/UFD Authentication Utility, contudo ao cadastrar a garantia no site da Samsung, informou que estava expirada.

I tried using this with my Steam Deck for extra storage space for my games and whatever else I needed it for. Sadly it never formatted correctly. It just stops formatting midway through. I tried a few options, even in desktop mode (which to be fair im not super familiar with Linux at all) and it didnt work either. Everytime I formatted it, itd give me an error when it loaded the card in the KSE software (or whatever its called KDS? Idk). This led me to believe maybe I got a fake card but Amazon reassured me after the fact that they have a direct partnership with Samsung and it was a legit product. Either way I opted to return this and found another samsung Evo card off bestbuy along with a usb SD reader that worked like a charm when I formatted it on my windows computer. I recommend if you are planning to buy this for your steam deck, only format it yourself on your computer and not through steam deck or its desktop mode. Just better to be safe than sorry. Ive read many many posts about steam deck just not working with some cards, from them being fake ones or from people reformatting them incorrectly (reformatting it twice in steam deck will ruin the card).
