I received this item with missing stand and found the monitor has a damaged screen!!!! is there any Quality Control?

Great monitor but make sure you do not put this on a glass table the plastic poorly built supports that holds the weight of this monitor will collapse over time theres no real strength to it and as you can clearly see in the image these cheap plastic grommets just snapped off and fell on top of my table luckily didnt crack the glass because it took out the keyboard

did not realize there are no audio out ports when i ordered my mistake for taking it for granted but i will not be buying a another one

The only purpose of this purchase is for work, lots of documentation and zoom meeting. As my eyes got worse, I needed a big monitor and it suits all the purposes very well. One of the best purchases of this year.
