Unfortunately, it came with a power cord for the UK, not the US.

Got my product almost a month ago. Was missing the brick portion of the AC Adapter power cord. Amazon connected me with Samsung support who took my information, but after two weeks I learned they never entered the support ticket. Finally resolved that but the ticket is still pending in Samsung support for almost another 2 weeks. Beyond frustrated with Amazon and Samsung - this is more than inconvenient, its simply a lack of discipline. Who forgets the power cord???

When I purchased this, it was advertised as a 144hz monitor....ive been trying everything to get it to go above 60hz...I went back to the product to find out all the specs to see what I was doing wrong, and theyve since CHANGED the description to 60hz. RIP OFF

I gave it less than perfect stars because... well, Its not a gaming monitor and the rest is only above average BUT - Its also an amazing deal for what your getting so, definitely appropriately priced maybe even tilting towards the benefit of the consumer. Id buy again without hesitation for an everyday home computer.

After looking for a reasonable priced large monitor for a home computer I stumbled across this one. Works nicely.

Jai téléphoné au service è la clientèle pour leur dire quil manquait le fi de branchement pour raccorder au secteur, La dame qui me répond me dit que nul part est inscrit que le fil est inclus. Me dit de retourner larticle et de le recommander. Le fil doit couter au plus 10$ Je ne retournerai pas lécran. Lautre écran était complète et aura une note de 5/5

I do not recommend it, was quite the letdown. Very dim, only 1 HDMI port and for some reason a VGA port?? I will be returning ASAP

Works nice for a extra screen for the computer, and also for the PS4.
