Greater than one weekSo far, this thing is awesome. I will never buy a mechanical drive for long term storage again, or even short term. Theyre too slow for a system disk, and theres no guarantee a mechanical drive will spin up after not running for a while. Everytime you turn it on, its basically a gamble. With this SSD however, you dont really need to worry about that. The only thing you really need to worry about is leaving it powered off for too long (years I believe, but at least until then the drive will work and your data most likely there).
