> 24 hourI got this monitor becuase at college ive become a laptop user, and thought a larger 27-inch monitor could be helpful for gaming. While I think that might still be the case, this is not the monitor to do it on. While it kinda feels smooth, its not a crisp smoothness, rather each frame melts into the next one. If you need to make any fast movements (flicks) then it will become blurry beyond comprehension. Picture quality is okay, port selection is fine, and the stand is solid, but a beefy power brick makes it cumbersome to setup in smaller locations (college dorm). If youre a competitive gamer, Id advise you to buy a clearer monitor at 120-144hrz which you could find around the same price, or save up a little extra for a monitor that will last you longer and actually help you achieve your potential, because this monitor is unfortunately, not it.
