> 3 dayI was a little bit skeptical about buying this monitor but it came pretty quick with no noticeable issues. The speakers are a bit off, I noticed that they sound a bit high pitched and it can be hard hearing certain things in the game. But other than that the monitor is pretty great. I personally like the settings options and being able to tilt the monitor. I definitely recommend this for causal gaming

> 3 dayI bought three of these from my desktop at work and the clarity is great resolution works for me. The only thing I haven’t figured out is how to make all the speakers work at the same time

> 3 daySo my work computer is my notebook and when Im at home I prefer to have it hooked to my monitor desktop monitor and rely on multi-channel peripherals, so switching between work and play is somewhat seamless. Thats the background. So I dont have a lot of experience with desktop monitors (this is my second in about 3 years and the one I had before this was a cathode-ray monitor hooked up to my Windows Vista desktop) so you can take everything I say about picture, size, etc well salted. That being said, I actually love this thing. Its a little on the large side for my tiny cubby of a desk, but its great. The picture quality is great. I love playing video on it, all that good stuff. Also, having two HDMI connectors does not hurt when youre switching between screens. The bevel size is an improvement on my old monitor, but it comes with the drawbacks. The buttons for the monitor are located on the back, which is a design protocol that I hate, and always have hated, but that is neither here nor there. My problem is that markings on the front of the bevel, denoting which button is which, are nigh invisible. I can only see them if I move my body so that its at a certain angle and I am staring straight at them. As such I prefer to go by feel, and I usually get it right. Switching between screens could be easier, and cant be done in less than three button pushes. It is stable: Ive only had the screen crash once switching between my desktop and my laptop, and its a lot easier to reset the connection when its and HDMI cable as opposed to a DVI. All in all the negatives are minor for me, but I guess worth taking a star off. Still, I would recommend this if youre in the market for a cheap monitor.

> 3 dayFor just over a hundred bucks these are the best monitors Ive used. You get a nice bit of gear here for not a lot of money. Pros; +Cost is lower than low +Build of monitor itself is great (Ill mention the stand in the cons below) +has AMD Freesync +75Hz is not bad for people that dont need to go nuts with gaming. I play casually and dont want to spend a lot for a feature I dont need. +Has vesa mounts built in to the monitor, Very convenient (especially at this price) +Fast shipping, with NO dead pixels(I bought 2 for myself, and a third for a friend, and had no damage whatsoever). People writing bad reviews mustve gotten unlucky I suppose. +Bezels are surprisingly very discrete. +27 inches of screen are the sweet spot for me, any bigger and youre turning your head to look. Any smaller and you run out of space to work with. Cons; -The stand is awful, wobbly as heck, but if you have a sturdy desk, or plan to mount them its not even an issue. -5ms response is a bit lackluster with all the rest of the features it has, but for the price I Still cant complain. -Not really sure why they have a vga input instead of a Dvi input... I havent used vga in over a decade. But glad they included two Hdmis to make up for it. -screen bleeds quite a bit when black, but I personally dont care but its a con to most so Im including it. -Dont use the built in speakers unless you have too, they are exactly how bad youd expect. I tested them just for kicks. No bueno. Overall this is is worth the money, chances are if youre looking at budget monitors, you dont truly need anything more. This will work for everyday use. From basic photo editing, gaming, and watching movies, to just having a bigger screen for all your tasks. Either way. I like it. Hope this helps!

Greater than one weekThis is a great budget 1080p monitor. I use this as a secondary monitor to help with multi-tasking and also have my PS4 connected to it. There are obvious pros and cons to this monitor, but keep the price in mind. Pros: Matte finish to help against glare Plenty of options to adjust picture Blue light shift has multiple levels of adjustment to make picture warmer if desired VESA mountable Built in speakers Price Cons: Speaker output quality LED indicator (subjective) For an IPS panel (stated by vendor in questions section) this doesnt have the greatest viewing angles The included stand is a bit wobbly All ports face downward (subjective) The Pros of the monitor are pretty self explanatory so Ill go over the cons. -Although advertised as a 75 Hz monitor, its running at 60Hz in 1080p. But this could possibly be due to the cheaper hdmi cable I got for this monitor. -The speakers dont have the greatest sound quality, but I didnt expect much for the price. The speakers work fine if you just want to hear something from your game, but I dont recommend them as primary audio output. -There is an LED indicator on the bottom right corner (LED projects light downward) that illuminates solid blue when it receives signal, blinks blue when its awake and awaiting signal, and is solid red when the monitor is off/asleep. -Like mentioned above, the vendor answered a question about the panel and stated its an IPS panel. I also have an LG 27GL83A-B IPS monitor and the viewing angles are much better than the spectre. But again, keep the price in mind. -The included stand is a bit wobbly but I ended up mounting this monitor so I stored the stand. This monitor did not include hardware to VESA mount so ensure the monitor mount/stand has hardware or get hardware. -The power, HDMI, and VGA port face downwards so you may need 90 degree adapters for the HDMI ports to prevent the cables from sticking out from the bottom of the monitor. -Something else noting is the buttons on my monitor are in a horizontal orientation, but still in the bottom right corner. OVERALL: I researched a bit before deciding on this monitor and Im very happy with my purchase. Ive already recommended this monitor to other friends looking for a budget friendly 27 monitor and if I had to do it over again Id still stick with this monitor.

> 3 dayI was surprise how sharp and crisp the display quality of these monitors. I purchase two of them (cost factor) so I can have a larger view of my work and play area. They easily mounted onto my new MOUNTUP Dual Monitor Desk Mount, Fully Adjustable Dual Monitor Arm for 2 Max 32 Inch Computer Screens up to 19.8lbs, Dual Monitor Stand Fit Two VESA 75x75&100x100, with C-Clamp and Grommet Base MU0002. Which I purchased at the same time with these monitors. What I really like the most is that it freed up space on my desktop. Granted the monitors also have internal speakers that produce sound generated by my PC, however the speakers these monitors have are not really made to provide proper treble and base so the quality of the sound is not as good as powered speakers. Other than that these are awesome monitors.

> 3 dayThis is a great monitor if you set expectations based on its price. I purchased this to replace a 10 year old Samsung monitor, and Im completely satisfied. Im using this screen with a laptop for school work and some gaming and Im planning on buy a second one once its in stock again. I didnt realize it supported freesync until I got it, price was my main purchase motivator. I guess the freesync feature is nice, and I got lucky since I have an AMD card that supports it. It seems that the design has changed though, the photos of the inputs are not what I got. Same inputs, but theyre not rear facing, theyre facing downward. I would have preferred rear facing inputs. To properly cable manage the HDMI cord with out it being seen I felt like I had to bend it too close to the connector. Potential buys be aware of that, Ive actually never seen IO on a monitor that faces downward.

Greater than one weekI got this to use with my Chromebook and IPad. When used with my Chromebook it is connected via an hdmi cable. When used with my IPad I cast the picture onto the monitor using a Roku (also hooked up with an hdmi cable). Both set ups work well. The monitor has speakers on it that are fine for basic and see, but if you want to listen to music or games you will want to use a blue tooth speaker. Chromebooks have multi screen capabilities, and the monitor works very well in that mode. For what I use it for, this monitor works very well, and is a fantastic value. If I had your kids though I would want a more secure base. While I have not had any issues with it, I suspect kids could knock the monitor over rather easily. It works fine for me, though.
