I was excited to open the box and get this set up based on the reviews for picture quality. I will use it as a second monitor for work. I had the Teams app loaded up on it and when someone pinged me, I could barely hear it. Had the volume all the way up to 100! Since I dont want to buy speakers for it, Im now looking for another monitor with better sound quality.

At first, the picture quality looked like it was too light. We thought it was poor. Then, the speakers quality arent that great. So, we were planning to return it and notified the seller. Im not a techie person. But, Google helped me. It turns out I needed to adjust the backlight on the monitor. That really made a difference. As for the sound, there were a couple adjustments made. But, I ended up plugging in my existing speakers to my computer. Im not a gamer nor do I stream movies on my computer. Therefore, for what I do this monitor it just fine.

I like everything about this monitor. Good price, quality screen. I own a business and I connected the monitor so I could have 2 screens side by side, on the same computer. It takes a bit to get used to it, but so far so good. I would buy it again.

If you plug your HDMI cable into port 2 you just get a black screen because by default its set to display for port 1. makes sense right. the issue is if you try to change the input being displayed from an input that has nothing displaying you cant, the osd litterally wont open. I spent hours googling, locked and unlocked the osd dozens of times and was secounds away from returning the monitor when i though to try plugging into a different port.

Basically, the monitor is great, for the money. Setup is easy and the colors pop. Fast response and clean lines. But. The built in speakers *suck*. IF you are depending on them, look elsewhere. But if you only need speakers for computer sounds like beeps and QUIET background music they are fine. Thats all I need them for and that a why I still rate it high. If you game or stream, Im sure you have BT or other aux speakers. All in all great screen lousy speakers **** stars anyway!
