> 3 dayIts your standard HDMI monitor that appears to be what it was advertised as. It arrived in a timely manner. After two weeks of use, I havent seen a personal issue. No notable dead pixels. The review is my own experience. Your mileage may vary (YMMV). It does have VESA (100x100mm) mount screw points and its own base. Several options and volume controls on the monitor settings. Negatives: The normal base doesnt tilt. There might be very minor ghosting (5ms response time, found in Q/A section). It could be worse. :x

> 3 dayI have Sceptre TVs and decided to go with a monitor. It has all the inputs I need for my new and older devices. So far so good. It would be nice if the stand was a tad bit higher and if I could manipulate the stand( it looks like it leans forward). However, I will find a work around for this.

> 3 dayI bought this to replace a $300 Samsung that took a crap in one year. I like this monitor better. I turned off the speakers because I have speakers, so that part I am not considering. It is better at everything than the Samsung was. I have held off reviewing this to see how it holds up. 5 months later, it is still very good. I never turn my monitors off and that may or may not contribute to early death. I left my Acer on for 6 years and it never fried and is still working today...It just sucked for gaming.

> 3 dayTime will tell how this monitor lasts, thus far Im very impressed with its clarity, sharpness, and features for the bargain price. I use this with a Dell (E7440 14) laptop w/Intel HD graphics and have set it to leverage native YbCr @ 75hz 1920x1080 and it looks really good. Ive been working from home for a few months - and possibly for a while longer - and needed more screen real estate than the ancient 17 LCD monitor I had. Wow, was this an upgrade. I have a really nice 34 Dell monitor at work that I might not see again for a while, and this 24-er does not make me miss that one, which is an older 60hz display on a Dell Optiplex Intel HD desktop. Anyways, it has all the modern features incl blue light shift, night mode, power saving, etc. and has been a pleasure to use. Sceptre was a new brand to me, and Im glad I took a chance. Well see how it performs over time. UPDATE: 4/21 so far so good. No issues to report, pixels all firing. Nice job Sceptre. Still working remotely (mostly) and happy to use this monitor.

> 3 dayIm disappointed in this monitor based on poor verbage in the description. I thought this monitor had BUILT in speakers and it doesnt. The description says BUILD in speakers. I feel this description is misleading. I recently purchased the 27 4k monitor also and that one has built in speakers. So rather than return the 2 i bought with no speakers i will live with the added clutter of external speakers. Other than the speaker issue its a good quality monitor at a good price.
