It works just fine and its easy to move everything to a bigger micro SD if needed. It is also simple to place you own roms into it.

This is one of the only DS flashcarts still being made & sold. These things are an absolute godsend and I recommend them to any DS owner. I cant really explain why I love these things so much in review form, but you can look up DS Flashcart on YouTube. Just know that these things are banned in the U.K and Japan.

This card came in the standard package within a package that Amazon employs and I was happy to discover that it required no setup and I could plug it into my system for it to work. My only critique and why this doesnt have a 5 star review is that the USB MicroSD adapter was not recognized by my computer, so I assume that it was non-functional. As the device was already functioning, its not a major problem, just a mild inconvenience as I wanted to customize the content closer to my own tastes.

This seller configures the product to be ready to use so you dont have to. There is no need to go scouring around the internet for the code required to get it to work and then troubleshoot it, just plug and play.

Everything seems like they work fine. From what i can tell no timebomb. Put both on oldest they can be and both still worked! Will update if it stops or do run into future issues.

This r4 card can run ONLY ds games but works on any ds model, including the 3ds. It does have a timebomb, but that can be easily fixed by installing YSmenu (look up “how to install ysmenu on r4 card” on youtube and problem solved). I recommend swapping out the 4gb sd card for a larger one if you plan on playing more than a handful of games, but be warned the card can only read up to 32gb sd cards, so don’t try to go any bigger than that. If you have any other issues there are hundreds of tutorials online on how to set one of these things up.
