> 3 dayI use this carbon for my turtle tank. We have two turtles a little bit larger than a silver dollar, and this carbon works great at keeping the tank from smelling and keeps the water very clean. I like the round shape of the pellets. Very uniform in size. You will like it. ENJOY.

> 3 dayI added about 4 tablespoons into a media bag, and placed into my (Hang on the Back filter) , within days my water was sparkling clean, my Nano saltwater tank water has never been this clear. Great product and saves me money, because I dont have to replace the cartridge filter that comes standard with my HOB filter.

> 3 dayIm not sure if its the shape of it or if its the purity or whatever ,but i used just a couple teaspoons for a very cloudy 5 gallon and it was clear in 45 minutes. Ive used other activated charcoal before any this one seems to be much more efficient .

> 3 dayEvery Seachem product Ive ever bought has some form of tamper seal. Even Matrix Carbon Ive bought in the past. First bottle has no tamper seal, replacement bottle was the same, both covered in carbon reside on the outside of the bottles. So dont know if Seachem changed their packing practices for Matrix Carbon or what the issue is. I however wouldnt use any product in my aquarium that doesnt have a tamper seal on it. Seachem is great overall but cant give this anything other then 1 star because of the condition it arrived in.
