Im not sure if its just the one I got but I seem to have issues if my system is on while trying to plug it in. however it works like a charm if its connected while its off and isnt moved from the moment you turn on your playstation.

Good storage

Very high quality, fast access times for a portable HDD. However, the initial drive was DOA upon delivery. Yet Amazon is terrific they quickly exchanged the drive. Im very pleased with this product and highly recommend it over the competing Western Digital products.

great product does the job

Very easy to start up. Almost a complete plug and play. Just takes a simple one button switch on system to start transferring what you already have on your system.

I wish Sony would approve saving storage on the PS5 but hopefully in the future. Great product highly recommend

Worst external HD Ive ever plugged into a system. If it wasnt constantly needing to erase data and redownload it the HD was needing to be reformatted which would need all data on the device erased and redownloaded. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
