This works perfect with my PS5. I am able to store all my old PS4 games on it and leave room on the main hd for my PS5 games.

Worked perfectly

Purchased this product and plugged into PS4, would not recogonize hard drive. Called Amazon support they were useless and stated needed to call Seagate that was on Staurday , Seagate is closed on Saturday. Mnday call, 43 minute hold time with Seagate. Finally got through only for them to verify the unit was dead on arrivial now 3 week replacement time. Would not recommend this product from Amazon or Seagate
