> 24 hourThe blurb summarizes the book so good that theres no reason to bother anybody with my recap. In any case, having read the first installment of the series I had high expectations for this book and was a quite disappointed by the outcome. The plot was predictable, the main characters very stereotypical. Sorry, didnt like this one that much.

> 24 hourMy Thoughts: I snagged this one because I was in the mood to read a suspenseful romance. I discovered that this was definitely a good choice. Talk about a wild and enjoyable ride! Remy and Mitchell have a past, one thats complicated due to the fact that she used to date his best friend, Derek. Everything changed when Derek dies, but the guilt over the two of them being together drives them apart. But when Mitchell needs to save her friend, Kelli, she bands together with Remy and company to get the job done. In the meantime, Remy and Mitchell cant help but fall together again, despite the complications from before. SEALs Desire is a novella that packs a punch. Full of suspense and romance as promised, youre hanging on for quite the ride. Im very interested in seeing more from this series by Elle James. My Rating: Very Good

> 24 hourYeah, this one was smoking hot! Lots of action, a good backstory, and a great plot that moves at breakneck speed without losing any detail in the telling. Lots of well choreographed spice in the romance department, but just a tad confusing during the action scenes. Cleanly edited, well plotted, and good character development give this story a thumbs up!

> 24 hourARC provided by the Publisher via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This novella gets an extra star just for having a really intelligent, not to mention hot, heroine. So I guess that means is gets 6 stars from me, even though I can only post 5 stars. This book is way to short. It was like reading the last 100 pages of a really great full length book. This would have been so good in full length. It is also my favorite type of romantic-suspense: The hero and heroine work together to solve the problem. Mitchell is an NCIS agent whose best friend, Kelli, is a Navy Lt. Commander who is missing. NCIS assigned the case to an agent who isnt doing everything he can to find her. Mitchell takes leave and goes undercover as an erotic dancer to find Kelli. Remy is a SEAL who lost his best friend in combat a year ago. Mitchell was dating the friend at the time, but Remy had already noticed her and when the friend died, he was there to aid and comfort Mitchell. He returns a year later to, hopefully, resume a relationship with Mitchell, one not based on grief and guilt. He finds her in the middle of her undercover operation, without backup, and agrees to help.

> 24 hourRemy and Mitchell have had a thing for each other for a long time. But Mitchell was engaged to Remys best friend Brewer. As they all got to know each other over the years, Remy really falls for Mitchell but hides it. Mitchell realized she loved Brewer like a brother rather than a lover. Eventually, Remy and Mitchell find a way to be together but it is only after she is kidnapped by sex traffickers. It takes Remys SEAL team to rescue Mitchell and her good friend Kelli from the traffickers. Theres a sweet romance that develops for Mitchell and Remy. Theyve noth had a tough time in the military and deserve a happy life together.

> 24 hourI would recommend this book to anyone who likes a good read with just the right amount is sexy scenes. My only criticism is that the female trafficking was understated. A little bit more of the captives plight would make this book film worthy.
