I had to buy this book after reading the first in the series. Even tho the series are NOT cliffhangers, they do introduce characters in each book that are followed in subsequent books, so its like catching up on old friends. This one wasnt as good as Seals Honor, in my opinion, however its good on its own. Just a little different plot but still dealing with those yummy Seals. Enough others have done comprehensive reviews so Im going going to say that if you want a sweet, very fast read, this is your story. Its not necessary to read the books in order, however I do think since most of the characters are introduced in Seals Honor, it makes more sense to read them in order. Because by the time you read the first, youre already in love with these men whose call signs are like Gator, Nacho, Big Bird, Dustman, etc... just gotta love our boys. Its a very fast sweet read, enough action to keep you interested when they are fighting to find and destroy a serious kidnapping/selling females organization.. Its a good book.

When Mitchells friend Kelli disappears, she knows something is wrong but her boss hands the case to someone else. Mitchell gets frustrated with his slow process and wants to get in and dig herself. Not working out for her and knows that the first hours are critical.

He is all brawny and brains included. After the death of his Seal brother, he lands in bed with his friends girlfriend. He feels enamored yet guilt. She feels the same. Will they ever get together again? As usual, he leaves on a deployment....but his mind is still on her!

Navy SEAL Remy LaDue and Mitchell Sanders have a complicated relationship. They slept together once, a year ago or so after her boyfriends funeral. He was also a Navy SEAL and Remys buddy. Their attraction has not fizzled out and the heat is still very much there. Remy is just trying to hold Mitch to a Valentine pact they made one another. It is rare he is even in the country, much less available for holidays. He goes looking for Mitch - only to discover she is already involved in a human trafficking ring and is dancing at a mens club trying to find her friend and co-worker who was kidnapped. Mitch knows she and Remy need to talk about that night. She also knows, she cannot resist him. He is everything she has ever wanted. She was going to break up with her boyfriend right around the time he died. It makes things so much more complicated and adds that much more guilt to her plate. So many surprises in store in this book! Lots of hot guys with hard bodies and even a little take down involved. Remy and Mitch seem meant to be and their characters are fun and sexy to read. NCIS Agent Mitchell went undercover on her own to find her friend, who may have been kidnapped for sex trafficking. When Remy and his Navy Seal buddies came back from a mission they wanted to go out and find a woman for Valentines Day. Remy wanted to get together with Mitchell. So when he couldnt contact her he went with his friends to the Naughty Ladies, and guess who he found. So now they have to save the woman who was kidnapped along with Mitchell.

Good read, no t really sure why I could not get behind this story one hundred percent. Characters were ok perhaps the direction the story went I did not enjoy.

Action and romance. You cant ask for anything better. Even though this is a stand alone book. Read all three books Trust me you will not be disappointed.

I love military romance books. The Take No Prisoners Series is wonderful. I recommend it to everyone.
