Made an appointment with my dentist and he told me I might need a crown but to first try switching my toothpaste for 2 weeks from Crest 3D White to Sensodyne since whitening toothpaste causes sensitivity. It’s almost 2 weeks since using this toothpaste and my sensitivity is about 80% gone! I also use the Sensodyne mouthwash in addition to this toothpaste.
