My wife uses it for sensitive gums . It’s the only thing that works for her, and she’s tried many different brands.

I wish dental health and how important it is 2 so much--the correlation with heart health and brain health that has been established but is not really talked about was promoted more! I am very lucky 2 have an honest dentist who truly wanted 2 see my mouth health improve instead of bilking me 4 return visits... Ive had various dental problems over the years due to circumstances outside of my control. One of which was deep pockets around the tooth line so my gums would get inflamed and even infected around where 1 wisdom tooth was. I would get food in there that was difficult and painful 2 get out. A few years ago my dentist had me try this and I noticed an EXTREME difference in my mouth health and comfort. The one extreme problem area of the deep gap around the wisdom tooth is no more. When the do the gum counts tracking how deep the pockets r... I no longer have 5s and 6s on those really challenging teeth. There are other toothpastes I tried (including Walmarts Version) but unfortunately although the mouth house was the same and they ALSO include stanous flouride, 4 some reason I got intense staining with that one whereas this one doesnt do that. It was so bad I had 2 go into the dentist just 3mos after a cleaning... I looked like a smoker and a horse whod been grazing grass months... So beware that ingredient can do that somehow this brands doesnt do that 2 me! I hope this helps u --2 good mouth health that extends 2 good heart and brain health!

After trying more brands of toothpaste for sensitive teeth than I can count (including the original Sensodyne), I came across the Repair and Protect version last year. And I have happily gone a whole year without painful teeth and with good dental checkups, too! But I noticed that my teeth were showing more tea stains than ever before. I didnt want to give up my Repair and Protect toothpaste but finally decided to check for whitening toothpaste that protected teeth. I was so happy to find that I can get my favorite toothpaste with whitening! Ive only been using it for a few days, but I can already see a difference. Note that it has a rougher, more pasty feel in the mouth (probably from the silica) than the non-whitening variety. This was disconcerting the first few times, but now Im used to it. And Im very happy with my whiter teeth.

Sensodyne is the costliest toothpaste available commercially over the counter. The price is slightly better when you buy in bulk from any whole sale ware house or if you use coupon in drug store. Amazon pricing is not competitive.

Desde que me lo recomendó el odontólogo, no he dejado de usarla. Me ha ayudado con la sensibilidad y proteger las piezas. Hay que se constante con su uso, para que se note la efectividad.
