Its slim and has good power. I got it to clean up kitty litter tracking on the floor. It works perfectly. It is nice a slender, so it can be hidden away when not in use. I love it.

Looks like it was a return and not exactly new, but works fine

    Greater than one week

The product was not in original packaging, and the power stand was missing the insert to hold the tools. A replacement came exactly the same. Amazon was a great help but not the seller. I just gave up and called it experience.

I first saw this handheld vac when a shopkeeper was whisking up some errant fluff -- I loved how sleek it looked (such a departure from the original dustbusters I grew up with.) Since buying one for myself, I have actually given a few of these as gifts and they are always well-received. One recent recipient was the host/hostess who had a party where a guest left a lot of glitter in her wake. I KNEW they would appreciate this great tool for that never-ending task -- and I was right. ;)

Well designed product........just lacking in the suction department. The lack of suction diminishes its usefulness in many areas. I wouldnt buy another one.

It works Great but the battery doesn’t last the longest. We use it once A week but we are a little disappointed in how long the battery lasts.

This is my second hand vac. The first one I purchased was from a big box store. I never had one before and thought it did it’s job pretty well. Then it died. So I thought I’d spend a few extra dollars and buy the Shark. What a difference! This one doesn’t even compare! The suction is ridiculous. It’s sucks up everything! There’s a brush attachment that grabs hair you didn’t even know was there! You don’t have to touch the canister to open it, just slide a little button. Crazy! This is an amazing hand vac and worth every dime. As far as I’m concerned, there is no comparison to any other hand vac. This one is amazing! I haven’t even pulled out my regular vac at all since this purchase. Definitely worth it!!!

If I could be in love with a hand vac, I would write sonnets to this Shark unit. Its so slim it sits in a corner of my kitchen counter at the ready. I use it about 2-3 times a day for a super quick zip around the cat box, as well as for all the pine needles which tend to find there way in to my place daily (I live under many many trees!) The release is super easy to open it up and dump the stored contents with one hand (I LOVE THIS). My old unit was larger and very difficult and messy to open and dump its contents. Havent needed to replace the filters yet, but I already bought a bunch and they also werent as expensive as my old ones. So even though this unit was more expensive than my old hand vac, its become worth every penny for its ease of use all around. Love that it also came with the extra tools. If youre on the fence for investing in this vac, go ahead and do it. Youll be very pleased with little guy!

I have been using a Dyson for many years and thought as that ran out of its useful life, to replace it with something else. This one seemed to have good reviews and was Amazon Choice, so went with this option. Adequate suction power and comes with two attachments. Easy to set-up and almost looks like a mini-full size vacum cleaner scaled down with an attachment. Two negatives: 1. They could have designed the charging receptacle in a way so you didnt have to remove the cleaning head everytime. The way the metal contacts are placed, you have to put it in facing the front side in WITHOUT the attachment. 2. This is the main reason I didnt give it a 5 was that I had to replace my first one within 20 days. It just stopped charging. Amazon process to return was simple. The reviews were pretty decent and it was an Amazon Choice item, so I rolled the dice and figured may be I got one with a manufacturing defect vs. poor quality of product. I ordered a new one. That seems to be working fine in its 2nd month. If this changes, I will post again here One update to highlight: evidently when the filter fills or blocked, it stops working in much the same way as if battery was not charging. I have had a Dysons before and when filter filled up, it was not as effective but never stopped working. I realized this after calling their warranty line asking for a replacement and they asked if I had cleared the filter. Sure enough as soon as I did, the Shark was good to go!
