Purchased this for my husband, and he uses it on almost a daily basis for shaving. Its very heavy and well made. Would absolutely purchase again.

The marble feels great in the hand. However, the shape of the bowl isnt really conducive to getting a good shaving lather. It should be a bit more shallow. Soap tends to collect in a ring around the bottom, which requires concerted effort to grab with the brush.

Carefully packaged in a messy styrofoam style insulated box, this little bowl is finished nicely and crafted of authentic marble. The bowl feels nice in the hand, and its large enough to fit a mashed up Arlo stick with ease. The bottom has a cheap little foam pad which prevents it from slipping. It hasnt fallen off even around water which is a good sign. It looks great paired with my brush and shaver, and its dirt cheap at $10!

My boyfriend doesn’t have a need for shaving cream, nor do I. But once I saw this product I knew I could repurpose it because it looked so gorgeous! It’s a good size for jewelry or little knick knacks. The craftsmanship is beautiful, I’m a fan!

Its a nice little bowl made of green onyx. I have no idea what Ill do with it, but it can sit around looking pretty until then. It arrived well protected, encased in Styrofoam. The box it came in was not the nicest looking thing and had a lot of tape all over. I dont know if it was a return or if the company is just obsessive over protection. It didnt matter to me, but if youre looking for a nice gift presentation take that into account. The price of $9.99 seems reasonable.

It arrived wrapped up very securely and came with a certificate of authenticity. It is a beautiful marble pattern and is hefty. I like that it has a little foam on the bottom to protect the bowl and the surface that you put it on. Its advertised as a shaving cream bowl, but I will be using it to hold random trinkets on my coffee table.

I initially bought this to store a shaving puck in and lather in the same bowl. Unfortunately, its a bit high-walled for a standard sized puck to fit in (Photo 1), but I can see smaller pucks fitting in this, or it could make a good bowl for purely lathering shaving cream in without storing a full puck. Its polished marble with no grooves so it might be a little too slippery for many shavers. Photo 3 compares this to another specialized honed marble shaving soap bowl that I have from another company - its wider and shallower than this one, which lends itself better for shaving. Its a very pretty bowl though, so I might just use it mainly for ornamental purposes rather than in the bathroom (see Photo 2).
