This is a high quality bag, great for fitting under the seat when flying, but its a monster to carry through the terminal. I dont know why its so heavy before you put anything in it, but once youve added a laptop or anything with some weight (like a book), its surprising uncomfortable to carry. I wish the shoulder strap had a bit of padding at least. That said, I dont use it as a backpack, so maybe its less cumbersome in that configuration. Its made very well, looks great. Id rather stick with a Baggalleni though.

I used this backpack on a two week trip and it was great - versatile with handy pockets (although a bit heavy). However, one of the backpack straps broke on the first day of a second trip. It was the plastic piece that connects the padded shoulder straps to the adjustable webbing strap.

Recommended to everyone who is in college or wants a spacious backpack. I use it also for hiking and work.

Perfect bag for work and looks great. Fits a multitude of stuff and easy to carry.

This bag is exactly what I was needing to carry all my items to work. It is a little hard for me to carry because of the size, Im only 411, BUT it holds everything I need. LOVE IT so far!

I bought this bag for my college age daughter. She uses it to carry her computer when she travels to conferences, and likes the versatility of using the handle or wearing it like a backpack. The size is good for a large laptop plus other items, and material seems sturdy.

Beautifully constructed bag with a lot of great backpack/tote features. However it works better as a tote than a backpack. The expansive wide opening at the top makes it fairly unsafe to use as a travel backpack. It can be unzipped very easily and everything inside would be easy to remove or fall out. If you put it under the airline seat and it wasn’t zipped closed, everything could spill out. For overseas travel you’d have a problem with keeping your items safe and secure. I kept trying to figure out a way to secure the zipper without using a lock. I wanted to keep it but it just wouldn’t be practical.
