I can hear my surroundings and music

I absolutely love these. I had a pair back when they were Aftershokz, but they got crushed in my luggage on a trip, so replaced them with these. They now come with a hard case (awesome!). They are super lightweight, stay in place, and the sound quality is fantastic. These now charge with a magnetic charger, which is a huge improvement for charging. I highly recommend them.

Dont get me wrong, I was super skeptical of these when purchasing, but I absolutely LOVE them for listening to my phone! They are great for listening to music, or podcasts/YouTube from my phone. My only problem is when I try to use them dual connected for Zoom/Teams meetings on my work computer, or even listening to my personal computer. When dual connected on computers they are choppy and cut out enough to be really annoying. Im bummed because I was excited to dual pair them at work and use them for meetings, but it turns out they really only work great with my phone, or computer, but not both. Again they are fantastic single paired, and Ill be keeping them because of this alone, but they didnt fully live up to my expectations when it comes to dual pairing.

My employer uses these on the shop floor. Theyre decent but occasionally they make a crackling noise or sound like they dont have very good connection when my phone is in my hand.

I had an earlier version and loved it. I liked it so much I purchased one for my wife and 3 adult children. They all like them too. I have even recommended them to other people. So I decided to upgrade to the top of the line version. It was very frustrating, the sound kept dropping out during conversation. When it would happen, I removed and headset and switch back to the phone. It happened so much, I eventually set the headset down somewhere and lost them. I will not buy the openrun pro again.

The arm the headphones line doesnt fit tight against the back of my head making it feel like theyre going to fall off. Therefore wondering g what this headband is for? To hold them in place?

Incredibly comfortable to wear. Allows hearing outside noise to a much greater degree than in the ear products. If I have any complaint, I occasionally have a minor problem connecting to my iPad.

We love Shokz! We give these out as gifts and bought 7 already and have been well recieved. This time I ordered these pricier waterproof one for my fiancé since he sweats alot and his other Shokz was not working as well, after 3 yrs working in the harsh elements. Its all about the safety factor for me also. It lets you hear what is going on around you. We also love the clear sound quality. Go Shokz!
