In April, the base quality began to sound poorly so I contacted Amazon and the quality service representative had me to unpair and repair the device. This worked for a few days but soon I was having to repair the headphones each time I wore them. Now it it happening every few hours. The previous Customer service representative assured me that If this continued to happen, Amazon would replace the headphones.

> 3 dayI was extremely excited when I finally decided to get these headphones. All the Park Rangers and Open Space Technicians I work with swear by Shokz because you can take calls/listen to music with earplugs in. When I put them on for the first time, they were magical, but started to make me feel dizzy and gave me a headache. I only had them on for like 3 minutes and I had a headache for hours afterwards. I’m super bummed and probably a negative outlier for this product.

Bit of a careful wriggle to get helmet over my ears without dislodging the Shokz but really worked well. Wish it could do voice commands but to answer or initiate a call but a careful and quick pull-over works for me.
