The App never worked for me. The multifunction button did not work. I placed a request for customer service to help me and a month has passed without them responding. The customer service hides and there are no phone numbers to call them, only email, but good luck with that…

So far it has not been a good experience. Received Friday, still trying to get them to work on Sunday Have not found the manual helpful. When I try to connect to my phone, my phone says I need an app. Downloaded the app, which has a 1.9 rating out of 5 and I see why. Going to go to YouTube to see if anyone there has an answer.

Worse that open move in every sense: the sound is quieter, the sound quality is similarly sad, the fit IS MUCH WORSE.

I have difficulties finding earbuds and such that I can wear without my skin breaking out in a bad rash. So far only Shokz and Apple AirPods devices allow me to wear them without issue.

Ich habe sehr lange nach einer Alternative zu normalen Kopfhörer gesucht, da ich durch mehrere Ohren-OPs vorbelastet bin. Das lange Tragen von Kopfhörer (besonders durch Online Meetings) empfand ich schon immer als unangenehm und war teilweise auch schmerzhaft.
