> 24 hourMy horse lives in pasture 24/7. These stay up which I am amazed. However, they do not last long. I have had them for 2 months and the need to be replaced in the next few weeks. Ifbhe was turned out, had a stall, they would last twice as long I am sure. The velcro is insanely strong. You need to make sure they are put on correctly. I do take them off daily. I hose them off regularly. I would not recommend you leave them on and not check your horse at least every two days. Theae are the only fly leg guards that are used at our barn. They WORK!

> 24 hourI have a horse who suffers from habronemiasis / summer sores and also happens to be super accident prone. I’ve been trying to protect the nicks and rubs on his legs from the flies and was at my wit’s end before I found these leggings. I can’t believe how well they work, not to mention the fact that my horse hasn’t destroyed them yet! The largest size fits his tree trunk legs perfectly and they haven’t caused any rubs or sore spots on his skin. So much less fly stomping, which is also helping keep his hooves in better shape. He occasionally manages to rip one off with his teeth, but no major damage to the leggings so far. I’m not sure that they’ll last a year, since he’s super hard on all his gear, but it’s less expensive than another vet visit for habronema!

> 24 hourUnless you have Clydesdale horses dont buy these cheap leg wraps. I got them for my 15.3 hand regular size horse and they were way TOO BIG and stiff. Hard to even wrap around her leg and they just slide down her leg on the tightest velcro size. They are stiff like cardboard. The worse Leg wraps ever. Dont buy these.

> 24 hourI love these fly boots and they work great. But I have found they dont last even through one season. I have used them on two different horses. They are expensive considering how often I have to buy them. But here I am again at the start of fly season and Im buying another pair. I have a message to the manufacting company about the problem, waiting to here. The stitching on the stays comes apart in a matter of about 6 weeks.

> 24 hourI have ordered these boots several times in the past and they held up well. I still have some VERY used ones that are on the back legs of my horses. The new ones I put on the fronts and they are already NOT holding up well??? What happened to the quality? The boning in the new ones does not go up all the way and are already bending and the boots are starting to wear very quickly. Just when I find something that works they go and cheapen it so it is no longer as good. I am very disgusted...will not be ordering again unfortunately. Maybe these are knockoffs?????

> 24 hourThese really work. While there are still flies, my horse is stomping very infrequently as Compton traditional horse fly boots.

> 24 hourAwesome fly boots. They don’t rub, don’t collapse and don’t make my horse’s legs hot even in 100 degrees weather. Whoever thought of this design is a genius.

> 24 hourNot the most attractive boots but they work. Feel like they are a little pricey.
