Bag is great however the strap has ripped. Not sure if this can be replaced or contacted regarding bag.

I like the lock on the computer bag and the XL size for the extra books for my grandson @ school. Price was very fair & delivery was faster than advertised. A++++++

THANK YOU to the gal who posted the 7 min video about this backpack! I felt like I had been comparing different backpacks for hours, and was getting so frustrated because none of them seemed heavy-duty enough or had all of the things that I was looking for. After I watched her thorough video where she opened and unzipped every nook and cranny this backpack has to offer, I was SOLD! I bought 2 of them for my twin boys who are entering high school, and I was shocked when they arrived in Less than 24hrs!! Both of my boys were actually excited with all of the features on this backpack--especially the charging port! The handles/zippers/material, etc are STURDY and feel pretty indestructible! My daughter, who is also a high schooler, liked the backpacks so much, that she had me order her one as well! To all the Parents who are actively school shopping right now, I PROMISE You will be happy with this purchase!!

My teenager is fond of both overpacking and “tactical” looking things. He stuffs it so full that it needs its own seat in the car! And despite this abuse, it has held up flawlessly since we gave it to him over the winter holidays. We have been contemplating a second one for the family, and have noticed it frequently goes on sale for 35 instead of 50 clams.

Works perfectly have been using for over a month with no problems dor work and also for my personal laptop It has held up great and has plenty of room for everything

My grandson loves it.. he can bring all his books home for virtual when needed..

This book bag has a lot of space, different compartments, and you can charge up phone while you on the go if you have a charger box connect to it.
