Greater than one weekI really like the multiple compartments and size. Bought it for my 9th grader but the zipper in the large section broke after 2 months. All his books and folders fell out at school on the ground today.. Very disappointed! Really thought this was a bag to last for a while.

> 3 dayI really like this backpack and have used it almost every day since I received it. My biggest complaint isnt about the capacity or the material or how it feels, but it is about the zipper pulls. These stupid things will literally slide through the eyes of the zipper part that is supposed to be pulled through its channel. That means you have to reorient the zipper pulls most of the times you want to open the pack. How does that make sense? The reason I am giving this item 4 stars instead of 3 is because it is really comfortable (even though I fill it to the max -- just had it at 30lbs with one 17in laptop, one 15in laptop, clothes, USB drives, pens, a bottle of Tabasco, a portable charger, and various bits and bobs -- the shoulder straps comfort doesnt matter at that rate). When the pack is in a smaller/lighter configuration it does work well for all of the things I need it to do. The straps are robust, the interior is spacious, and there are plenty of options for storing things. Things I would like: -A chest strap -A better padded interior (including the bottom of the bag) -BETTER ZIPPER PULLS, wth are these?? -Zippers from both sides for more of the segments (there is a large segment that only has 1 zipper from one direction)

> 3 dayThis is the best back pack I have ever had. It has space for everything. Laptop etc. I am using it for my iPhone camera gear and Gimbals tools I use for filming and vlogging. I love the power brick USB port. I have an Anker 633 coming tomorrow and cant wait to set it up in the bag. Will definitely be using this for my PCA club events and cars and coffee.

> 3 dayThis thing is amazing for organizing things. I have 3 of them and just ordered another one. I have different supplies for different hobbies loaded into each one. Makes it easy to grab everything I need for whatever. The usb port is handy too. Buy a good backup charger and you’re set. The combination lock is a nice touch too. I really don’t think I have seen a single bad out of these bags.

> 3 dayThis book bag has a lot of space, different compartments, and you can charge up phone while you on the go if you have a charger box connect to it.

> 3 dayThis was a purchase that truly amazed me. The quality of this back pack is great! It is exactly what I was looking for...a light backpack good for daytrips and traveling. The USB port and locking compartment are a nice little extra. This replaces a much more expensive name brand backpack that lasted me 6 years...I like this one better!
