> 3 dayI have had many automatic open-and-close umbrellas and this is the ONLY one I have had to return. I could not get it to open in the beginning at all. Using both thumbs and ALL my strength, it finally popped open. Closing it was just as hard. I did it numerous times to see if it just needed loosening up, but it never improved. Do NOT recommend!!
