I really like this mat. Its silicone so it is safe and easy to clean. It rolls up easily and comes with a silicone tie. I will be using it on the go. Its challenging sometimes to have a plate for my kiddo to eat from on the go, especially when visiting friends that dont have child friendly utensils and plates. This helps contain the mess and is easy to clean. It also looks nice!

Nice mat for eating and toddler activities. We used this to eat out and it’s great thicker than most and I love the roll up tie feature. We also use this for play dough and kinetic sand. It’s easy to clean and sanitize and easy to throw in your diaper bag in the go.

The placemat came packaged in a no-frills plastic wrapper and was absent of any off smells. It comes with a tie inside the package so the mat can be rolled up for portability. I keep it in the diaper bag so we always have a placemat handy when we go out, either to restaurants or friends houses. It cleans up very easily with soap and water and I use the loop on the corner to hang it up to dry. The loop on the edge also makes it easy to pick the mat up. I placed it on my countertop and placed both hands on it and pushed with all my might and the mat stays in place; it wouldnt budge an inch! The raised edge helps keep baby-sized spills isolated without being overly intrusive. If you need a good placemat while youre on the go, I would recommend this one!

I own multiple of these. They come in handing not only as mats for eating but we use them for the kids crafts. They’re fold up super easy but are sturdy.

I got this mat to take to restaurants for my kids. It is a little narrow but longer than regular placemats. It has a nice little tie to keep it secure in the diaper bag. I’m not sure what the ring in the mat is for, possibly drying? But it doesn’t take away for the functionality of the mat.

This is a great mat. I actually ordered this in the green color first, and decided to get a second in the gray so I could keep one at home and keep one in the diaper bag. I love that this mat has a silicone tie that comes with it to help keep it rolled up for easy storage and travel; this is something I hadnt seen with other mats I have looked at. Once the mat is laid down on a table it does not move, which is great. It is nice to have to put down at a restaurant, or even the dining room table. This mat can be used to replace your child using a plate at a young age when they are primarily eating using their hands, or to be a place mat to keep plates or bowls from sliding as much as they would on a wood table top when your child is a bit older using utensils.

Nice silicone mat for messy eaters! Easy to clean, can be put in the dishwasher. Food will no longer stain or messy up your counter.

This silicone placemat would be great for kids, but I dont have any, so I used it on top of the pass-through from the kitchen into the dining room. It works perfectly as a hot pad for hot dishes, and also prevents a LOT of glass rings, and other spills from ending up on the countertop. The cut-out ring is handy if you want to hang it for easy access, and my favorite feature is the silicone tie that holds it in its rolled-up format for storage in a drawer. The mat is both attractive and easy to clean. Winner!

Im a rather big fan of silicone. Its used it in a variety of ways at our house. We have used cloth place mats for years. Food messes (accidents) can happen at any time and any place and stain any cloth place mat or table cloth. I noticed these silicone placemats for children and decided to try them out for my husband and myself. Our regular dinner size plates overlap the depth on either edge. I fixed that...I have a nice set of smaller dishes that not only work with these placemats but also are a good way to limit our portions to the size of our plates. That can be a sizable amount of food as well as calories. It can also affect the grocery bill which is no small matter these days. These silicone mats are very easy to clean and other mats of other sizes can be used to protect countertops due to heat resistance, keep your coffee area protected, hold your Keurig, toaster, protect the top of your dryer, and the list goes on. Silicone is a great product.
