> 3 dayWe got several of them and all of them were of great quality. You can literally see thru the acrylic even from the sides. Sides are usually burred from other suppliers. This cuts and engraves nicely with our laser cutter. Only issue is there are minor thickness variations even within a single sheet, but this is not a problem with our use since we cut this further into different shapes with laser. Another problem is the masking sheet that comes with this tends to catch fire in our laser cutter that leaves burn marks in the products that we make, so eventually realized we had to peel them off and replace with a low tack paper mask from another vendor that doesnt catch fire. This is additional work and $ but cant beat the price of this item for 1/2 inch acrylic.

> 3 dayEverything about this product was great, untill I cut the recess for my router table. I found out this product wasnt a consistent thickness. One side is about 3/64ths thinner than the other. May not be an issue for some applications, but it threw a wrench in mine.

One of our regular suppliers was out of stock and we decided to give this item a try to fulfill an order. Received this item in 2 days prime shipping and amazed at the quality. We got 16 of this 1/2 inch 12x12 clear acrylic.. you can literally see thru the acrylic crystal clearly even from the sides (.5 inch thickness side). Sides are usually burred from other suppliers. This is top quality acrylic and cuts and engraves nicely with our laser cutter. Not much smell as well.. smell while cutting this thick is in the normal range only just like cutting 1/8 or 1/4 acrylic. Overall.. very pleased with this one so far.

Please note we do not provide any customization service such as cutting to a specific size.
Once the item is received, please peel off the protective sheet cover as soon as possible. Leaving the sheet cover on the acrylic surface for a long time may lead to difficulty removing it later on. If the sheet cover is difficult to remove, try to use an alcohol wipe to rub on the sheet cover at a corner to help remove the sheet cover.
