> 3 dayMy Insinkerator brand air switch broke and they do NOT sell just the switch, you have to buy the entire system for around $85. I purchased this switch, with plug and ring, and after installing it found it works well and operates the Insinkerator electrical switch under the sink. I ordered a Brushed Nickel finish, and it is not quite there, more of a chrome finish. Fortunately I was able to use the old Insinkerator ring and plug and it worked well with this switch. The other small difference was that that the plug has to be depressed a bit further down to activate the disposal.

Greater than one weekThis was a great way to get my disposal button to match my faucet. The Insinkerator kit is nothing more than brown plastic while this is nicely colored metal. Looks great and works great. Buy it!
