I think the feel of it. I install a lot of push button garbage disposal buttons. Most feel cheap. This is solid brass and feels like it costs more than it did. Works great

I really love my disposal air switch. The modern clean look and also not having to push my finger all the way inside to turn on the disposal. I had seen another version of these buttons and wasn’t really on board with it but I thought it was my only option. Thankfully I kept browsing Amazon and found this one!! It looks amazing in my kitchen and works great too!!

Very well made. My contractor was very impressed with its construction and east installation. He said this was the best one he’s seen much better than the ones you would find at the big box stores.

Compared to what is available in this price range, this is really an easy choice and the quality for the price FAR SURPASSES what you can acquire at the local Home Depot or Lowe’s. Installation 5 star for ease. Quality 5 star this thing is heavy and sturdy I mean sturdy. Aesthetics 5 star this thing is beautiful and matches incredibly. Easily Handicap accessible 5 stars! I am very happy with this purchase and product and would buy it all over again.

The make and QUALITY of this is outstanding. I bought my first one after seeing almost 7000 people have purchased it. MISTAKE! This one is 30 dollars more. Way Worth It. The other was all plastic, cheap and not even metal. Just cheap but this one. Solid solid solid. If you want a heavy metal, solid, strong item then get this one. If you want to follow the heard and just settle… go with the other. Glad I returned the other… tired of getting cheap crap. You will be happy with this one. The button is easier to operate as well. All around better, wish we had multiple choices of quality again instead of cheap plastic and settling. This one will last, Quality.

This button is not recessed into the button housing which makes it easier to use especially if you have arthritis or finger pain. Use your palm or heal of your hand to switch the disposal on and off. The second socket on the controller is always hot which is good for another low wattage appliance like the battery adapter for the touchless faucet.

Looks to be of great quality. I love the raised button as it will be easier on my manicure. Ill check back after its installed.
