I give this button switch 5 stars across the board. High quality. Easy to install. Works smoothly. Solid, heavy metal top in brushed nickel with a substantial brass base. Perfectly matches our kitchen. Touch once to turn on and again to turn off. The specific feature as to whether it needs to be held down to operate is not made clear on most of these buttons, so I am including that detail so others know. It was just installed yesterday, so I cannot attest to longevity at this point, but I expect a product of this quality will last many years. Enthusiastically recommend. Thank you Sinkingdom.

I am a 70 year old woman, and installed this air switch easily in less than 15 minutes. Everything works exactly as described, and I love the convenience of having the switch right by the sink so I am not training water from wet hands across my counter to the old electrical rocker switch. I purchased the unit that plugs directly into the outlet (no extra cord) due to space limitations in my cabinet. The installation was very simple and fast. The only complaint that I have is paying more for a more sturdy brass device that has a PLASTIC nut! Really??!!?? Certainly the cost of a metal nut would not have increased the cost of the unit much, if any. I hope the plastic nut lasts..... Time will tell!

I liked this product but it didnt last very long. Bought it on Aug. 27th and one day it started up the disposal on its own 2 months later and then died. Now I have to buy another switch.

This is the best one out there, solid construction of base, button gets no water and food in, worked all the time on my newly remodeled kitchen. Highly recommended product.

Looks very solid high quality next to a high end brass faucet

I was nervous to drill through our granite countertop to put this in, but once the hole was there this installed quickly and perfectly matches our faucet. Cheaper than insinkerators version and feels very heavy and high quality. Just a quick press to turn the switch on or off, no real force needed.
