The photo has a word covered in flowers because it might be ill received. The item actually arrived without the flowers. Now the grandkids who can read will learn that Care Bears are “sons of bitches”. So I had to blacken the word with marker.

Keep hot for 4 hours and cold for 6 hours, the only thing is the lid will break easily so open with the tab and spout is open, gently rock it to open as my husband tried to open when the spout was closed and he broke it in half lengthwise,I tried to glue but didn’t work and they don’t sell the lid separately so needless to say he had to buy me another one! As this was a gift from my daughter.

This was super cute and looks good quality. Obviously it was a gift so I dont know how hot it keeps the drinks but it looked like good stainless steel on the inside.

I was totally embarrassed by the product and could nt co tact Amazon about it. I don’t cuss and my sister doesn’t either…..so I send her this gift and she want to know if I knew about the bad word. Not nice! I wish I could get my money back and a new one with good words on it!!

I bought this product for My Mom for Her birthday but it could be any occasion or no occasion at all .JUST WISH IT WAS DISHWASHER SAFE .last thing My 74 Year old Mother want to do is wash a Mug . But She loved Her gift.
