> 3 dayKeep hot for 4 hours and cold for 6 hours, the only thing is the lid will break easily so open with the tab and spout is open, gently rock it to open as my husband tried to open when the spout was closed and he broke it in half lengthwise,I tried to glue but didn’t work and they don’t sell the lid separately so needless to say he had to buy me another one! As this was a gift from my daughter.
